My yoga class is about strengthening muscles and increasing flexibility. My class focuses on breathing techniques (pranayama), basic flow sequences (i.e. Sun Salutations) and progressing towards more advanced yoga poses like the headstand or "dancer pose."  I've been practicing yoga for a long time and want to share all the benefits with my college peers!
