Event Time and Date
I practice yoga because it helps me connect with my inner self and strengthen my body and mind. Yoga inspires me everyday to live mindfully. I recently completed my 200-hour Vinyasa yoga certification in Bali and I am excited to start teaching! In my classes I aim to create an environment that is inspiring, rejuvenating, and challenging. I love creating sequences that include fun and complex poses connected by Vinyasa flow. When you move with the breath and let go of expectations, you will find that you walk away from classes feeling more calm and balanced. See you on the mat! Namaste.
